A family run restaurant founded in the year 1994 in London. Upon its success they opened the second outlet in Bournemouth.

They offer a rich traditional Indian and Pakistani dishes, specializing in Grill and Balti cuisines.Balti cuisine since its introduction in the 1980's became known throught the UK during the 1990's.

Balti cuisines were basically name after the method of cooking process that is involved and the utesils used to make them. The Balti pan is made of heavy iron, round bottomed and has handles on either side, the essence of the dishes are derived from cooking using similar utensils
