Franco Manca

Neapolitan pizzeria Franco Manca is the pioneer of the classic Neapolitan sourdough pizza in the UK, working with seasonal ingredients that are cooked in the traditional method.

The spacious pizzeria seats 92, with 28 covers alfresco.

Made from slow-rising sourdough, the menu invites customers on a delicious journey using UK growers and small scale Italian producers, with prices starting from as low as £4.95. To wash it down, guests can toast with a range of refreshing soft drinks, including organic lemonade and English apple or orange juice.

Franco Manca also serves a range of organic and natural wines, and its own No Logo beer, pale ale and cider.
