At "FOREST SPICE" they pride themselves on offering original authentic cuisine rooted in the soil of Bengal and Northern India, using only the freshest vegetables and ingredients. All food is prepared using only natural spices.

All items are also cooked using low cholesterol vegetable oil, with less salt, artificial colouring added flavours, with an emphasis on improving taste and quality whilst heeding to demands for healthy eating options.

The dishes have been created and distinctively blend in the traditional way of the Bengal, Punjab and the North West of India. Each dish has its own distinctive flavour.
