The mission is to provide a completely different take on the traditional Chicken shop.

With a secret ingredient rub, a 48 hour marinade and a 3 stage cooking process, the Chicken itself was developed with attention to minute detail. A selection of home made sauces were concocted too, alongside some lovingly prepared side dishes.
