The family-favourite attraction, just a short drive from Bournemouth, walked away with more awards than any other park in the country – including the coveted title of Theme Park of the Year.

Paultons secured seven Gold awards, recognising its excellence across the board:
-

-
Best Theme Park for Toddlers (Large Parks category, Peppa Pig World)
-
Best Use of IP in an Attraction (Peppa Pig World)
-

The park also added three Silver awards, further cementing its reputation as the UK’s best all-round family day out.
Recognition for Peppa Pig World
Unsurprisingly, Peppa Pig World continued to shine, taking Gold for both Best Theme Park for Toddlers and Best Use of IP in an Attraction. The brightly coloured land, packed with gentle rides and themed play areas, remains a must-visit for families with younger children across the South Coast.
Leading the Way in Sustainability
Paultons also impressed judges with its Solar Energy Project, which earned Gold for Best New Sustainability Initiative. The scheme demonstrates the park’s commitment to greener operations, ensuring future generations can enjoy days out in a more environmentally friendly setting.
A South Coast Success Story
Located just outside Romsey in Hampshire, Paultons Park has long been a favourite for families across Dorset and the South Coast. Its 140 acres of rides, attractions, and beautifully landscaped gardens continue to draw visitors from Bournemouth and beyond. With 10 awards in 2025 – more than any other UK park – Paultons has firmly cemented its reputation as Britain’s top theme park and a must-visit destination for families looking for unforgettable days out.
It wasn’t just Paultons Park celebrating at the UK Theme Park Awards – the Isle of Wight’s much-loved Blackgang Chine also picked up three trophies.
The historic clifftop attraction, which first opened in 1843, was recognised with:
-
Gold for Best Customer Service (Small Parks category)
-
Silver for Best Seaside Park (South)
-
Bronze for Best Marketing Campaign with its quirky “Talking Bins with Joe Sugg” promotion.
Just a short ferry ride from the mainland, Blackgang Chine remains a South Coast favourite, blending nostalgic charm with imaginative themed lands. Its latest awards highlight the park’s continued popularity with both locals and holidaymakers.
