The restaurant has clearly leaned into a laid-back, sunshine-ready vibe, introducing an expanded Margarita Menu and a dedicated Martini section designed for those long, indulgent afternoons that have no fixed end point. The menu itself embraces a shift toward lighter plates and fresher flavours, with a noticeable focus on sourcing quality ingredients from local producers to create a truly seasonal experience.
Pop legends Wet Wet Wet will play the Lighthouse Concert Hall on Friday 12 February 2027 as part of their 40-date UK tour to celebrate the 40th anniversary of their iconic debut album Popped In Souled Out – the record that announced them to the world and launched one of Britain's most successful pop careers.
