The Poole Maritime Festival took place over the weekend 19-21 May 2017 and once the rain stopped the crowds came out for the sprawling event across town. We were lucky enough to find a parking spot at Baiter which put us in the middle of all the action. The Seven Seas Festival was taking place at Harbourside Park (more commonly known as Baiter) and we've never seen so many food offerings, let alone 7 stages for live music. There was a buzzing atmosphere as the event got going in the afternoon. At Poole Quay the Poole Harbour Boat Show had all manner or maritime displays and activities going on. At Poole Park the Taste of the South food festival had even more to tempt the taste buds and there were cookery demonstrations in the marquee. Below is our quick take of the event in 40 photos.
