Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel Unveils Stunning £500k Renovation of Bedrooms & Gardens

Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel, a destination for travellers seeking seaside fun and relaxation, has announced the completion of a £500k refurbishment on 20 of its bedrooms and garden, as the first stage of a renovation journey.

The new rooms, designed by Corrie Jones Architecture, feature a sophisticated blend of muted earth tones and warm colours that evoke sunsets along the Dorset coast.

Tony Giauna, the hotel's general manager, said: "We are thrilled to unveil our newly renovated bedrooms. Our goal was to create a fresh and modern look while paying homage to Bournemouth's seaside charm. The new design is perfect for our guests who want to relax and unwind in comfort and style." The renovated rooms feature new wardrobes and headboards in muted earth tones, complemented by soft furnishings in warm, beach-inspired colours such as sand, dusk, and burnt orange. The new artwork and décor add a playful touch of seaside fun that captures the spirit of Bournemouth. "We worked closely with Corrie Jones Architecture to create a space that was both comfortable and stylish," added Giauna. "The new bedrooms offer our guests a chance to unwind in a peaceful and inviting setting. We can't wait for them to experience it for themselves."

The renovation is part of a broader project to upgrade the hotel's facilities and enhance the guest experience, with further improvements planned for the hotel’s 83 bedrooms.

The £82k refurbishment to its garden is also complete. The newly renovated garden features a Bali-themed exterior with southern Asian tropical plants overlooking an extended outdoor seating space. An Indonesian-inspired graffiti mural has also been created to round off the renovation project. The new garden not only enhances the hotel's offering for guests but will also benefit the local community, as the space will be open for outdoor dining and events. Tony Giauna said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to open our transformed tropical garden. The new patio provides a relaxing and more spacious outdoor area for our guests to enjoy this summer. We’re committed to providing the best possible experience for all our visitors and hope they will enjoy the new space.
