The Pavilion ballroom was full of family, friends and fans of ten of the UK's best unsigned singers. Each performed twice before five finalists were selected for the third round. The audience got to vote and a panel of expert judges made the final decision.

The top ten UK finalists were Bella Whyberd, Laura Hicks, Laura Whittingham, Jenny Ball, Conor Mclain, Tempest Bailey, Samantha Atkinson, Lascel Wood, Vicki Becks and Steven Tayes.

The final five were Jenny Ball, Lascel Wood, Samantha Atkinson, Steven Tayes and Vicki Becks.

Congratulations to the winners Samantha Atkinson & Lascel Wood.

They go on to represent the UK in the World Championship final in Helsinki, Finland in December.
