The diverse programme combining light art and digital installations with interactive engagement activities in partnership with leading cultural organisations. Designed to inspire, delight and emotionally resonate with local communities and out of season visitors. It was a platform for regional, national, and international artists to show case their work, illuminate, and celebrate the town’s cultural diversity, heritage, and unique location. This project challenged perceptions of art enabling those who might not always participate to engage with artistic practice.
