The food at Roots is very much flavour focused. Dishes are simple, with sometimes unusual flavour combinations, to best showcase the beautiful ingredients we have around us. Menus change monthly and occasionally we hold special events.

The wine list has been created to complement the dishes Jan creates. Within the list they have some great classics as well as some wines from smaller artisan winemakers. Roots aim is to have something that will please all tastes.

To accompany the tasting menus we also offer wine flights, giving guests the opportunity to try a few different wines, and hopefully find a new favourite.
