Answers to these and many more animal questions can be found at the New Forest Wildlife Park.

See otters, foxes, deer, sika deer, wild boar, wolves, polecats, badgers and many more. Well laid out enclosures, many you can walk through and get up close to the animals. 

Adventure playground
Whether you’re 6 years old or 86, you’ll love Go Wild! The fantastic adventure playground is the ideal place to let off steam and get back to your inner child, whatever your age. Surrounded by lovely woodland and wildlife, Go Wild! has a zip wire, log jumble, ‘birds’ nests’ climbing ropes, swings, spider nets and more. Come and test your strength, courage and speed.

Woodlands Restaurant
Relax in the  Woodlands Bakehouse coffee shop, open every day from 10am to 5pm (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day), with light snacks served from 10am to 3pm.

Offering a range of tempting hot snacks including jacket potatoes, pasties, sausage rolls, pizzas and soups as well as salad platters, rustic baguettes, toasties, sandwiches and paninis, with a choice of tasty fillings. Coffee by Costa.
