Littledown Centre

Offering fully equipped gym equipment and swimming pool with fitness classes and fun activities for young people.

Regular classes are available for all ages and there are qualified staff available to help. Whether you want a gym workout, exercise class, swim, spa or to play a sport, there is lots to choose from at the Littledown Centre to help you get active.

If you just want to swim for recreation their are public sessions in the pool and membership is available for the gym.

Home to the Bournemouth Swimming Academy and the Littledown Juniors Football Club, a programme of over 140 fitness classes a week, a large gym and thriving activity programme for children of all ages. !

The centre has a 25m swimming pool, a 17m teaching pool, waterslides, splash pool, luxury spa, steam rooms, sauna, spa baths and sanarium.

Other facilities include a large indoor sports hall for trampolining, badminton, table tennis, football, gymnastics, aerobic studios, a spinning studio and an Ofsted registered crèche.

There is also The Terrace Café Bar where you can enjoy hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day.
