The beaches and entertainment in Bournemouth and Poole are just a short 15-20 minute drive away.

Oakdene Forest has great on-site activities with the Go Active + programme, the activities include water-walkerz, archery, body-zorbing as well as a state-of-the-art gym among the diverse array of exciting ways to get active, and with a large indoor pool, and a seasonal outdoor pool, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

You can also choose to relax in the Acorn restaurant and bar, with a great menu and choice of beer and drinks. The Showbar, is the place to enjoy a  wide and varied entertainment programme. There are live acts, cabarets, tributes with fun and games for the whole family from our mascots and the entertainments team.

Facilities

Oakdene Forest is proud to be the only Go Active + park on the south coast, this programme is packed full of over 20 activities for all ages which offers plenty of fun family activities from archery to panna soccer to sea scooters to body-zorbing. Go Juniors is ideal for this aged 3 -7. Go Active + for everyone else. The timetable gives you plenty of options to choose from.

Food & Drink
The Park offers a range of choice for food and drink including the Showbar and the Acorn Bar & Restaurant, with the emphasis here on delicious food and fantastic service in a relaxed, friendly environment. There are extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menus plus daily specials board and a take away option.

Entertainment 
We offer a first class entertainment programme for adults and children. There is always something for everyone including live music, tribute acts, comedy, illusionists and themed shows from the Entertainments team in the Oak Showbar.

Fitness & Relaxation
There is a fully equipped gym with a wide variety of equipment available, including free weights, resistance machines and running and cycling machines. So there is plenty to do whether you’re looking for a relaxed break or a family activity holiday.

Kids Entertainment
Resident mascots, Cyril & Cybil the Squirrels and Pat the Pony help to run fun and games designed especially for younger guests.

Swimming Pools
The park has both an outdoor pool (open seasonally in peak periods) with water features and a large indoor pool with water slide for hours of fun, both complemented by a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
