Côte Brasserie is due to open a new, elegant Parisian-style brasserie in Bournemouth, in just a few days time.

The 170-cover restaurant is set to open the doors in Westover Road on Friday, July 28. Residents and visitors will be able to enjoy dining throughout the day, located just a stone’s throw away from Bournemouth Gardens and beach. The new opening brings 40 jobs to the town and it will be open seven-days a week from 8am on weekdays and 9am on weekends.

From leisurely breakfasts to dinner with family, friends and business lunches, Côte Brasserie has a wide appeal. Alongside the à la carte and specials menus, Côte also boasts a vegetarian and a gluten-free menu accredited by Coeliac UK.  The running theme across all menus is the use of fresh, high quality ingredients cooked to order. Diners will be able to enjoy a host of authentic French classics in a relaxed environment, with the restaurant featuring Victorian arched picture windows on the first floor allowing the light to stream in from the outside, as well as a small balcony for al fresco dining.

Alex Scrimgeour, CEO of Côte Restaurants, said: “Bournemouth has a real buzz about it and we are proud to invest in the town. The Grade Two listed building has been lovingly restored and we look forward to welcoming our guests to the new brasserie in Westover Road at the end of the month. We are sure that our friendly, professional service and great value food will be a perfect fit for the town.”

Diners will find a range of French classics on the menu including steak frites, moules marinères and tuna Niscoise on the menu, along with a tempting selection of desserts. Crème caramel is the house speciality for Côte, and guests can enjoy new dishes on the specials menu every month.

At £10.95 for two courses and £12.95 for three courses, the weekday lunch and evening menus aim to provide outstanding value for regular and first-time visitors. The restaurant is also a perfect environment for business meetings and hospitality. The extensive French wine list is reasonably priced and features wines from a number of independent producers across France.
