Brasserie Blanc to open in the Marriott Hotel Bournemouth

Brasserie Blanc to open in the Marriott Hotel Bournemouth

Get ready for an all-new dining experience as iconic French resurant group Brasserie Blanc brings a slice of rural France to the Bournemouth coast. Acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc has set his sights on the sea with plans to open Brasserie Blanc’s newest destination restaurant and terrace within the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel on 26th June.

From savouring a relaxing breakfast, to dinner and drinks with friends; Brasserie Blanc will delight locals and holidaymakers alike, with its stunning views across the ocean, contemporary dining room, spacious bar and a menu bursting with French dishes inspired by Maman Blanc.

Open seven days a week serving breakfast through to dinner, Brasserie Blanc will welcome early morning espresso seekers, leisurely lunchers and evening drinkers. Enjoy charcuterie to share, with the delicious aucisson, terrine de campagne and blue cheese rarebit or, for seafood lovers, why not try potted Cromer crab or classic bouillabaisse. Fresh Mediterranean summer salads are perfect for summer lunch and will be available for those looking for a lighter option, whilst duck leg confit with black cherry sauce, or our free-range Cornish beef burger with fries and Comté cheese are hearty choices for healthy appetites.

Whether you’re ordering room service or fancy dining al fresco on the terrace, Brasserie Blanc’s recipes will transport you to the heart of France.

Celebrating something? Brasserie Blanc Bournemouth has an intimate private dining area, tucked away in the hotel library – perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy delicious dishes alongside Brasserie Blanc’s global wine menu.

Summers by the sea and sundowners go together like moules et frites. Try one of Brasserie Blanc’s signature cocktails in the stunning new bar or on the ample terrace overlooking Poole Bay and enjoy the perfect sunset.

We're looking forward to visiting the new eatery in early July and will publish a full review here.

Why not make a night of it and stay at the Marriott after your meal?
